Because Artie needs more angst, and Will needs more badass-ness.

Daddy Abrams is an abusive drunkard, too in love with his booze to take care of his wife and son.

To protect his mother, Artie makes himself the focus of his father's drunken rages.

Cue Will figuring out what's going on (how is up to anon--maybe Gleeks notice something?) and stepping in to help Artie and Mrs. Abrams by being totally badass and taking on the role of positive father-figure in Artie's life.

Multi-chapter preferred. The more H/C, the better. Obviously, would like a happy ending with Daddy Abrams out of the way.

I kind of like this, but in the middle of a multi-chapped Artie angst fic myself at the moment. If it hasn't been filled once that's done, I might look at it - one or two ideas rolling around already for this.

Oops. Forgot to mention this before. If adding pairings, then only Artina and Emma/Will, though pairings are totally not necessary for this story.

Super Bonus points if you can do Artie/Kurt, Artie/Rachel, and Artie/Finn close friendship. Really, Artie/any Gleek close friendship would be fun to see, but any of the above three are preferred.
