Inspired by Grant Gustin's recent guest appearance on CSI: Miami.Sometime post-Michael, Sebastian is diagnosed with a terminal illness. It's something that requires a transplant that not just anyone can give him (liver, kidney, bone marrow, etc). For whatever reason, his family is ineligible to donate, so his father pulls some strings and, through a wildly illegal search of private medical records, finds a match for his son

Nice prompt, but how come I could also see it as being that Kurt decides in the end to donate, but there end up being complications that end up with him dead, while Sebastian continues to live.
