This recipe makes 8 turnovers.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

1 package of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry sheets. (in the frozen section)
1 cup of cooked, fairly finely, chopped chicken. (I really just cook up one breast and see how much it gives me. More or less depending on the size of the breast.
4 -6 oz chopped ham (lunch meat works well).

I have used phyllo sheets and I liked them. I wrapped them into a triangle shape and brushed them very lightly with butter between the layers. An eggroll or burrito shape might be easier.

My daughter preferred the other dough, but she doesn't have to deal with my weight issues either.

Broccoli is always a good substitute. :-) I would chop it fairly small and perhaps blanch the stalk-ier parts so that it all cooks together.

Of course using the phyllo, makes me think of Spanikopita. Ooh, food network had a recipe for it that actually does resemble eggrolls.

I've never used phyllo dough, but I want to. Plus, I'm into my second week of Weight Watchers (how many times, don't ask) - and I've noticed in many of the recipes on the WW site, uses phyllo dough.

Love broccoli, but not asperagus. I think it's be an easy substitution.

The Athens website has some really good sounding recipes for their dough.
