Country life

It’s difficult to write even in English these days. Ukrainian language would be more appropriate to identify my attitude to what is happening in the countries of my previous residences (Russia and Ukraine) now. Unfortunately I am not much experienced in Ukrainian and will continue in English therefore. I feel myself uncomfortable and guilty knowing ( Read more... )

My dear friend glbl! Don't get into depression over russia related issues. I almost left writing in LJ, instead of that writing harsh and sharp notes against all Putin politics in FB under my real identity . I barely speak with all of my friends in Russia since brainwashing there is really enormous. Even my mother and brother got brainwashed, even my old aunts in Canada who left Smolensk in 1943 with germans also brainwashed, since they are watching TV 1. And my only hope - eventually it is all ended - it will and all ugly truth will surface and then they will ask us and all those people who never believed a single words of russian propaganda - who come you saw it and we didn't? I don't think we gonna wait too long - my estimation is summer.
P.S. Do you remember how I met you virtually? Over mushrooms :) Smorchki. I missed them in 2013. Give me a hint when they are gonna start kicking this spring and I bet it is gonna be early april

This is a place where gravel path becomes sand one (https://www.google.ca/maps/place/49%C2%B007'14.5%22N+123%C2%B003'43.1%22W/@49.1206938,-123.0619722,15z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x0 copy the whole address, not highlighted only as proposed by LJ). You will see standalone cotton woods and lots of their dry leaves on the ground. Morels will be there under these leaves soon, at the end of April, beginning of May, I guess, depending on soil temperature at night time. I am visiting Delta often and will keep eye on morels behavior. You will be informed for sure on their ( ... )
