You'll want to get in touch with one of the department heads - Riza Hawkeye, George Blake, Kuchiki Byakuya, or the head of whichever department you feel most qualified to operate under.
If you're interesting in joining, you need references and letters of recommendation of a kind. Two, I think, is the standard.
[ooc: IDK if she's been mentioned, but Leia's definitely an ID'd member of the PF.]

What sort of position were you looking to hold? Riza Hawkeye is head of the force in its entirety. To be honest, she's your best bet.
It doesn't have to be members of the force, but letters of that caliber would hardly hurt. Use your judgment: don't pick someone to write a letter recommending you if they have problems spelling their own name.

I am sure Second Prince Schneizel and the Knight of Three, Lord Gino Weinberg, will oblige.
And I am sure all would be insulted at the insinuation I could not pick persons capable of literacy at it's most basic form.

It seems one Riza Hawkeye is the woman to speak to.

They require... letters of recommendation. I am sure Lord Weinberg will vouch, as well as Prince Schneizel?
