Last night I rang in 2011 cuddling on the floor of Ron and Andrew's apartment next to Marc and Kelly. Then I was attacked by a bunny in the face. Hopefully that's a good omen and everything. (I also pulled the number "42" at the deli counter this morning. I see that as a good sign

Like, his make-up usually emphasises his eyes but I think that is the wrong emphasis. That said I'm not really sure what I'd do instead. Maybe leave the focus on the face entirely and focus on his body instead, kind of like early Renato.

I've never seen early Renato, just heard him. What sort of thing did he have going on?
How do you mean "focus on his body instead?" I mean, what a body Steve had, hell, HAS. (Boy still looks great.)
In general I really like Steve's style. Especially his hats and his coats. MMM nummers. However I will go back in time and break almost every damn pair of sunglasses he owned back then. Especially the pink bug eyed ones. UGHHH.

What you get with Steve is that he's kind of got what Iggy Pop has, and Renato had, a really unique body and way of moving. Iggy Pop solved the problem by just taking off his clothes and showing it off.
Renato had a Vegas showgirl/alien sex envoy thing, where because he was really tall and noodly, he wore things to make him look taller and more noodly (and sexual).

So you see the focus on the body. IDRK what to do with Steve though. I think he looks really good in those clingy shirts so maybe something with that and then some big but flowy trousers to accentuate his legs, all in one colour. Esp if you use really long and maybe flared sleeves to accentuate his hands.

Steve did not do this half enough. Jesus. And whoa yes in agreement about those clingy shirts. Did you see the video for Mr. Raffles? YEESH. What arms! What a torso! What a V!

Okay, yeah, so he looks way young there. STILL. It is lovely.
I pretty much agree about people who don't like animals. I do have a definite preference for dogs, myself, because I like sloppy things that body check you in their enthusiasm to run around outside--I am a sloppy thing that body checks others in my enthusiasm to get outside--but still. Cats are still lovely. As are most furry things. And many scaly things. It comes down to the ability to empathize with nonhuman things, which is, I think, an essential trait to being a Good Person.
Ugh, male fashions that do not work on female bodies. Ugh ugh ugh. I have never and am never going to manage androgyny ever, no matter how much I want to be an alien drag queen. I am sadface with you.
