Recently bought a car and, though it has also been frustratingly out of commission already for a few weeks, I have been putting thought into making a kit. So far my list goes like this:

Penguicon was really good overall, but there was something off about it that I hear from alot of others as well, so it isn't just me.  There were a couple of medical emergencies, and a kitten rescue, but I don't think that's quite it as the feeling quite preceded all of these events.  Oh well. So apparently when you start making decisions to be healthier and be better to yourself, and you fight off your depression and various other things, you find things you like. So I'll be turning in my petition for residency exemption tomorrow. For some reason Albion wants people to spend their last 3 semesters (ish) on their campus. As I have and will be on campus for everything other than this summer's classes at OCC, they can shove it up their collective asses. I'm caught up in a storm of emotions. I may be leaving the state for about 9 months this December... meaning a year left here before I basically move from all I know.
