I got my TMJ bite block thing today. It's weird and thick haha. They did a lot of adjustments when I came it so it would fit right and be comfortable. It was definitely challenging talking at first but it's gotten a lot better even though I haven't even worn it that long haha. So glad you got your TMJ device started...I am sure it will be worth it for 6-8 months of subtle discomfort. Haha I totally don't blame you, I wouldn't give up popcorn either!! :P I really hope this works and then your TMJ won't bother you so much anymore or else it will fix it completely. Yay!
