Today in English we talked about Edgar Allen Poe and watched a movie about him...I love Edgar! The movie had some lines from the poem Annabel Lee...I love that poem! We read The Raven and we may read The Fall of the House of Usher. I love his stories even though most of them are very dark...I read The Masque of the Read Death cause I was in sci fi

My all time favorite from Poe is The Tell-Tale Heart. I remember back in 6th grade when my English teacher would play the LP version of it narrated by Vincent Price. She would purposely turn off all the lights and close the blinds which makes the story even creepier :)

Yeah that was a sad part in the book :(

The Raven is all I've read by Poe, but it's very good. And we're gonna read The Cask of Amontillado in school soon..
