I've made a lot of progress in my school work. However, sometimes I feel like for every step I take forward I take two steps back. I have taught myself a LOT of things in math I never thought I would be able to do. BUT, in teaching myself it has taken me a lot longer to get through all my lessons with not a lot of help. I'm down to my last two

You're doing great, babe! I'm so proud of you and I know you're proud of yourself. You can do anything you set your mind to! Math is hard for a lot of people. It takes a special person to dive into math after so many years without it. We're in this together so if you ever need help understanding something, don't hesitate to call. I'm not like some math instructors I know who get ill at the first word about math... lol.

If you ever need a bit of help in algebra, let me know. Once you practice quite a bit, it becomes a bit like clockwork and even more complex stuff ends up just taking a little more time.

I'm rooting for you...jump into it whenever you feel you're ready, don't pressure yourself more than you need to ^^
