I stayed in Seoul. Since I was there mainly for shopping, I went to Itaewon, Nandaemun (where you can barter in Japanese) and Myeongdong. I managed to go on the tour for about $12. It's a system where you buy a ticket at the bus stop and you can hop on and off at your leisure. I looked up all my stuff on "tour2korea.com".
The funny thing is that my older sister looks more like my dad, my younger sister looks equal to both and I look more like my mom. And my brother-in-law's mom swears we're triplets or something!
The trip was really fun and it reminded me of being in Japan... except with Japan, the language barrier has gotten a lot less. With people talking to me in Korean, it was like "Uh... yeah? Um... Amerika-jin desu."

Sounds like a fun trip though! All I did was work, haha.

XD That's funny. I think, at my current level, I could sort of get by in Japan. Although I'd still sound like a total gaijin, haha.
