Full of self-doubt and anxiety, yet at the same time an expectant curiosity about what's going to be on the paper, and excitement that it's almost over. So I'm at home, for the first time in 48 days, as I counted on the train last night. It feels so nice just to be back in my own house, with my dogs and a backyard and my own shower. University has been a lot busier than I thought it would be. I think I just need to work out how to not do work, but unfortunately it's a little difficult, considering that this is me we're talking about. Well, this is it. This time tomorrow I will be at my new home, Ormond College, Melbourne. Of course, it isn't the last time that I'll ever be home - there's holidays, and next summer, and the odd weekend here and there. But it is an ending of sorts. I cannot believe what John Howard said about Barack Obama. This is the last straw.
