Yesterday was a fun day in illustration. We had a 3 hour assignment in Pratt's class and I love those assignments. Thiel co-critiqued and pretty much said my piece was the only finished one and best looking. Everyone else had like...sketchbook pages or 25 percent finished paintings

Lifetime really does have some great showings, I remember it being a pretty big deal for a girl I went to high school with. She'd always go, "I was watching Lifetime yesterday and I saw..."

Don't be nervous about the final year, if anything I'd just push you to enjoy it as much as you can. Be really present and prioritize, but ALWAYS make some time for fun and friends! I really liked the class I took with Pratt last semester, Graphic Novel, he gave very thoughtful feedback and never discouraged anyone. I think a teacher at Ringling needs to push for us to want to work better much in the way Pratt does.

Omg I never make time to hang out with my friends besides maybe one or twice every couple of weeks. I'm super lazy.
I like Pratt alot, he's funny and has good ideas and has really helped me with my compositions but sometimes I feel like he's indifferent to my work. He doesn't really push me in any sort of direction.

I'm totally clueless who I want to take for senior year.
