Firstly, do you like my icon? It's of Morgana from the BBC series Merlin, but sword fighting girls are quite appropriate for Tamora Pierce, too. Could she be Kally? I'm really getting very fond of Merlin, because it is so unashamedly good natured. It sorts of rubs off, makes me happy. There is nothing close to historical or mythic accuracy, but there are some lovely spectacles, great music, some cracking banter, and characters who care about each other, and are slowly developing. The clocks went back yesterday, and all of a sudden I find myself with hours and hours of darkness to fill. In summer I am a very outdoors person. When I can't be, I have to find other ways to amuse myself.

So, I had piles of this written, then the plot bunny hit me with ideas (he said they were ideas, they looked like big sticks) and I had lots of re-writing to do. And I had to do it more slowly, because of the bruises.

If anyone has a suggestion for a title, please let me know.

( I know very well, in my head, not all handsome, blond, blue-eyed me are bad, but I still have this irrational dislike. )

Well, I was writing some Merlin fic, and I will finish it eventually, but the cross over seemed too good to miss.
