So, I had piles of this written, then the plot bunny hit me with ideas (he said they were ideas, they looked like big sticks) and I had lots of re-writing to do. And I had to do it more slowly, because of the bruises.

If anyone has a suggestion for a title, please let me know.

( I know very well, in my head, not all handsome, blond, blue-eyed me are bad, but I still have this irrational dislike. )

This is very fun! I like how everyone's tension (Arthur's, Merlin's, Uther's, Alanna's) gives this part a feeling of anticipation and drama. Whee! And the multiple shifts in perspective keep adding to the experience. I like Raoul and Kel's relationship a lot, and Arthur and Merlin's, and Kel and Lerant are always good the way you write them.
