dieting
So I have decided to go back to Atkins and make it a lifestyle change. I'm having way to many problems with processed sugars. I'm not diabetic, just glucose intolerant. finishing what i start

Hospital
Hanging out at the hospital. Just waiting on my friend to come out of surgery. Scary night, blood transfusions and pain meds and the like. Hopefully she gets to go home soon!! -
