dieting

So I have decided to go back to Atkins and make it a lifestyle change.  I'm having way to many problems with processed sugars.  I'm not diabetic, just glucose intolerant.  When I do indulge in sweets, especially candy, my joints hurt badly.  So this time I'm keeping a regular journal and a food log since I can't always get on fitday.com.  I have devised a piece of paper with the calorie, fat, carb, and protein columns and I will keep it with my journal and take it everywhere.  if the info is not handy, I won't eat it.  No more take out.  I don't want to see me writing "McDonald's" or "Tootsie Rolls" on my food log.  I started it today and I did really well....til I got home.  I was so hungry!  It takes hard work to shrink your stomache and that's what I need to do.  I wanna be 265 lbs by the end of the year.  That's only 8 weeks away.
