Shall we gather?
Alrighty, peeps.
We've thrown around the idea for awhile, but I'd like to start some plans. How many of y'all would like to get together when HP Book 7 is released on July 21? Our plan is to spend Saturday together hanging out, then get the book at midnight and take it back to the hotel rooms we'll share. We can all read the books at our own pace, then be able to hash them out afterwards.
At the moment Josh and I are both planning to go, Mel wants in, Anne is debating it, Lauren and her hubby, Jason, are planning on it, and I believe some of the rest of y'all have discussed it.
The two ideas that have been offered are for us all to head out by
mockingbird39 in Boston or else meet up in LA near where
laurenc21 and several others live. Mel and Lauren have both said they'll each travel to the other city, so don't let a fear of missing them influence your decision.
Based purely on your own preferences, what city would you like to meet in?
