Yes, of course, I love the books.  But that's not why I adore Jo Rowling.

Today she updated her website and the three posts perfectly illustrate why I think she's simply a wonderful person:

1) She uses her influence selectively and positively (see also her previously discussed work with orphans);

Well, if you go over to the lexicon you can see what the exam was just for the fun of it. They have all the questions there along with the comments by two of the lexicon heads.

We have been asked to remove the archive of the test from the Lexicon, and we have done so. Sorry about that, I know that many of you never had a chance to see the test in action, but Jo has asked us not to provide the archive and we of course will comply.

Awwwwww!! It was very fun. What a shame, though! I wonder why Jo didn't want that posted? People will have screencapped it, so it's not like the info won't be floating around. Very weird.
