I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! Yes, I had to shout that. I love your running - it's terrific!!! You can totally do 36 mins. Find a flat course in the fall when it's nice and chilly. You have the running bug! :)
Thanks. LOL.Well, not sure about the running bug. I certainly probably wouldn't call myself a runner. (I tell our trainer that I "lope".) But I am stubborn with goals that I set for myself. Plus our trainer is figuring out different weight lifting stuff to help with my running. Walking lunges while carrying a light barbell across my shoulders is apparently helpful for my hip flexers since I keep in form better.
I think the next race will be mostly trail since it is the same starting area as last year. (Only one hill toward the end, of course it is a doozy) The Chocolate Run changed its location for this year and I think it also is probably going to be all trail. Most the trails around here are fairly flat and much easier than the road runs.
