Btw, I have a banana bread recipe, also without mixing, without sugar, eggs, fat and optional also without milk if you are interested. It's a little bit more work than yours since you need to grate a carrot and mash a banana, but still a piece of cake.

I'd love the recipe! (Unfortunately I'm allergic to bananas, too, but I seem to have a collection of friends with a variety of allergies, and I know a vegan friend of mine would just love that.)
We make a carrot cake from time to time, and the food processor makes short work of preparing the carrots. It's been a real game changer.

Severus strikes me as someone inclined to see conversation as questions to be answered (or asked) and often only after the fact realise there may have been an emotional component to it his overly sober response neglected to account for. I like the notion he'd try to make up for it.
