The witch has a definite soft spot for afters.

Love this little tale and fully agree with Hermione. I told you, yes? that I got that cake pan? And fuck why not make a cake in it today? I'm gonna see what I can do.

Hugs!

Thanks, MW! 😘

If you were using this recipe for that pan, you'd want to double it. (And hopefully your baking soda hasn't been in the fridge for three years doing its thing... lol 😉) I have been dying to see what someone who can actually work an icing bag can do with the trains... All aboard the Hogwarts Express! 😃

I won't be doing the Wacky Cake today as I don't have about half the ingredients - but I do have a mix from NordicWare that I bought online when I ordered the pan off ebay. Fingers crossed it will be a success!

And this just gave me an idea to try mixing up the dry ingredients as "cake mix" packets for friends... (Except now I'm wondering if the bff owns vinegar... Hmm...)

Oh, I'm sure it will be. And food is that much more fun when you can play around with it.

You want a cake but you have:
No butter,
No eggs,
No milk,
With this recipe. . .
NO PROBLEM!!!!

Both my parents grew up on farms during the Depression & WWII. So they had most everything food wise except for flour, coffee, & sugar. Cakes like this were still often made.
