If you were using this recipe for that pan, you'd want to double it. (And hopefully your baking soda hasn't been in the fridge for three years doing its thing... lol 😉) I have been dying to see what someone who can actually work an icing bag can do with the trains... Both my parents grew up on farms during the Depression & WWII. So they had most everything food wise except for flour, coffee, & sugar. Cakes like this were still often made.
