That's very sweet...and thought provoking. I know I often make things way more complicated than they need to be.

I wish there were more birds around here right now. I miss them a lot--even if they make a lot of noise in the middle of the night in the summer! ;)

I think we all make things more complicated... I just read a Martha Beck article that said it's because we are resistant to let go of the options. So we don't choose at all- we just fuss and fuss so we never have to eliminate any of the potentials. That made so much sense to me. If I pick a color, I basically can't USE the other color. So I pick no color. Etc.
