Thoughts for the day
I'm down 3.6 lbs this week. I didn't starve, I didn't feel deprived- I just ate foods that are better for me (aka minimal processed foods/flour). I hope all of this helps get my cholesterol down. I don't want to end up with heart disease ( Read more... ) -
