Heffalumps

On Saturday, before drawing at the Hunterian, I plan to go elephant hunting. I spotted one already when I was out with omg_its_fiore, but surprisingly I haven't seen any others! Anyway, to get into the spirit of things, here's a drawing of one of the most famous elephants, the God Ganesha. While researching him I found this:

Woo! Elephant hunting is incredibly fun! I did a day of it on Sunday (photos on FB) just guessing where they'd be.
I did pick up an elephant map and next week sometime I'm going to do some more elephant hunting with it as a guide :o)

Carnaby street- there's a workshop there where you can paint your own mini heffalumps and also buy lil statues of the ones that are around london. That is where the maps are (and several elephants too) :o)

Saw 3 today - 2 ourside the V&A, one outside BT Centre. Missed the other one in Knightsbridge as we went passed on the bus.

Apparently there are a few outside the museum, but either they haven't been set up yet or I'm not looking hard enough.

I really like that!
you could do a Kali one too.
The elephants sound fun, they had bears in Berlin when I was there once, and I think Geneva has had cows.
I wonder if there is one at Elephant and Castle?
