My uncle Chuck died this afternoon at 4:20. It was a long and exhausting fight that left a family both saddened and relieved. Initially, the plan was to divide the family into Rosas/Bowman into two different locations but nearly the entire Rosas family has the flu so everyone just came over to our house

Isn't lupus something that can be controlled? I don't think it's curable, but with the right diet/lifestyle, you can live with it for a long, long time.

Normally, yes. I'm the exception to normally. It's an overactive immune system. Generally it's treated with a cocktail of medications to control the immune system. I have a bad liver from taking a cocktail of medications for seizures. My liver can't handle anything more for the time being.
