Weird, the first thing I thought of with that image was RCA's "Magic Brain" logo they used in the mid 1930s.

I guess I joined the band one LP too late. I picked up Quartet after I heard "Reap the Wild Wind" on (of all places) our local jazz/new age station. I played the bejeepers out of that one track, but never picked up any of their other releases.

I enjoyed Ultravox when they were played on KROQ back in the day...Loved "Reap the Wild Wind" and "Sleepwalk". I think I still have the vinyl.

If you like Ultravox's sound, you might want to check out MUSE-- they have a very similar sound.

I'll have to echo all of the other comments. When I think "Ultravox" I immediately think "Reap the Wild Wind."

If you want something *really* obscure, check out the band's first three albums, 'Ultravox!', 'Ha!Ha!Ha!' and 'Systems of Romance', which were released in the late 1970s when the band was an art-rock group fronted by John Foxx and had an exclaimation mark after their name. I fancy that most British people don't even know that the band existed before 'Vienna' ;)

It's an all-time favourite of mine, as is the album of the same name that it came from :)
