Mary Arden's Farm sounds like SUCH a cool place! I would have loved to visit that place!!! Used to do medieval reenactment once, so yeah... History geek as I am I would have felt right at home!

And your grandkid continues to be insanely cute. :-D

It really is interesting - lots of rare breeds and clearly really high standards of husbandry. Skansen but on a much smaller scale and with the Shakespeare connection.

And, yes, she's unbelievably gorgeous. Thanks.

Thanks for the info and the pics, very interesting! Those chairs don't look very comfortable.

And Rhiannon is cute as ever.

I suspect the chairs were for status, not comfort. Hr had more benches and stools than chairs.

Rhiannon is lovely. Thanks for commenting.

Rhiannon is getting so big! She's just so darn cute.

ETA: I had to comment on the photos here since they weren't showing up on DW for whatever reason.

We visited the farm a few years back - it's very well done isn't it. Not too twee.

No - the people who work there actually know their stuff (quite a few Shakespeare Institute students and alumni, so they ought to.)
