This is beautiful. I love the format; taking the time to watch their lives evolve really works. You have an excellent Xander-voice.

Very very nicely done. I love Xander's voice throughout and how he attaches himself to the people around him. :) YAY for moving into Giles' bedroom there at the end. A very nice ending. :)

May I archive it on NOK? Please?

Thank you for commenting on the shoe description. It was one of those details that I wasn't sure whether or not to leave in, so I'm glad you appreciated it.

Xander has always been one of my favorite characters, so it was fun for me to write this and develop him more fully into the person I thought he'd become.

I'm a big fan of the slow buildup, but I truly did not expect to write this much!
