I noticed something about Sam's reaction in the wrap up scene.
Namely that I'd seen it before.
In Faith, Dean says "You can't save me."
Sam's reaction is:
In Sympathy for the Devil, Dean says "I can't trust you."
Both times, Sam's response is "I can make you. (Live/Trust Me) Watch me." He just didn't say it aloud this time.
