Day 28: Movie with the best soundtrack

Yeah, any and all Spielberg/Lucas/Williams collaberation.  Star Wars, Raiders, ET, Jaws, Jurassic Park, etc, etc. 

Day 27: Favorite Classic Movie

Again, so haaaarrrrrd!  I practically live on Turner Classic Movies.  But I think my favorate is The Women.  If you haven't seen it, do so.  Run.  Enjoy the wonder that is Norma Shearer, Joan Crawford and Rosilind Russel at their best.  Not to mention the random fashion show!  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WATCH THE REMAKE.

Day 26: A movie that is a guilty pleasure

hahaha no, I have no guilt for anything, especially movies!  But I'm guessing a movie that I absolutely adore is a guilty pleasure for others, so in honor of those who feel guilt I'm going with "Mamma Mia."  I love that movie, Pierce Brosnon's singing and all! 

Day 25: A movie that no one would expect you to love

Hmm.  I'm with sinfulslasher on this one--I am all over the spectrum when it comes to movies and cannot imagine anyone surprised I like a particular movie.

Day 23: Your favorate movie character.

This one is harrrrrrd.  I love Tony Stark.  I love Rick Blaine.  I love Woody and Buzz.  But favorate?  Has to be Scarlett O'Hara.  She's the untimate survivor. 

Day 22: The Most Underrated Movie

I like a lot of movies that I think should be better recieved (Iron Man 2, Larry Crowne to name just a few) but the film I wish got a bigger response and more respect is Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang.  It's kind of a noir-ish pulp-fiction type story with terrific acting from RDj and Michelle Monaghan (who I wish would make ( Read more... )

Day 21: The Most Overrated Movie

I'm not a huge Citizen Kane fan, and wonder why it's always so high up on the lists of best movies.  But to me, the most overrated movies are any and all of the Lord of the Rings/Hobbit francise.  They look so fake and overdone and wtf just get that stupid ring and be done with it. 

Day 20: Favorite Movie Actress

I am currently in love with Jennifer Lawrence.  I think she's incredibly talented and has so far escaped the Best Actress Oscar curse! 

Day 19: Favorite Male Actor

I know, you're probably expecting me to chose Robert Downey, Jr., and yes, I do love me some RDj, but favorite?  Tom Hanks.  No contest.
