HAPPY VALENTINE WORLD <3

Not that I'm much a fan for celebrating it, or even remembered it till I went to google this morning and saw the logo change. But whatever. General goodwill and love to the world, even if you don't have an actual Valentine's. Doesn't matter. There's my two cents on that.

Brian Jacques was a HUGE part of my childhood as well, mate, but I didn't find out Brian was gone until last month (April), around the same time that I found out Elisabeth Sladen (Sarah Jane Smith of Doctor Who, old and new) had died. Color me shocked and saddened on BOTH accounts though. Redwall was, bar none, my fave book and series when I was little and on into grade school. And Brian even came and visited my middle school. Of course, it had to be a year or three before I came to the school, BUT there is still video proof that he was there ( ... )

WHAT. Brian Jacques visited your middle school? Admpwpaad I am jealous. Those books made up such a huge foundation of my childhood readings, along with The Hobbit and auch. It's just weird to think that he's gone and that there's no more books about talking mice and badass otters coming out :|

Aww- you should read over it, brush it up and post it :D

Oh, you should find the ones with John Barrowman narrating, just because it's amusing to think of Captain Jack reading children's stories :D
