HAPPY VALENTINE WORLD <3
Not that I'm much a fan for celebrating it, or even remembered it till I went to google this morning and saw the logo change. But whatever. General goodwill and love to the world, even if you don't have an actual Valentine's. Doesn't matter. There's my two cents on that.
Righto. I've been bad and away for a while, which I mostly attribute to me starting to write a post and getting half-way done with it, then going back and deleting it just because it'd no longer be relevant. It went like this for a while.
And, if I haven't bothered you with this yet- DAVID TENNANT DOES BEDTIME STORIES.
Part 2, part 3, part 4, and part 5 here. And as a bonus, Captain Jack doing bed time stories as well.
And I finally, finally caught up with Bones. Which surprisingly, was actually somewhat decent.
The Bullet In the Brain was actually, WHOA. Good! There wasn't nearly as much suspense as I'd been hoping for, but still, I guess that might've been hoping for too much. But an actual chase scene! Fringe you are spoiling me with chase scenes.
AND YES THEY MENTIONED MAX. AND BROUGHT MAX ALONG. Now we just need to get Russ and the rest of Brennan's family and we're better off and we can go back to badass!Brennan right right.
And, it was duly noted that Hannah was very, very conspicuously absent during that ep. And the next one, which was just kind of boring.
The Daredevil in the Mold, idk idk. I am not a fan of how rushed the whole departure of Hannah was. I do appreciate though, that it was a realistic depiction of Booth's reaction when Brennan came along and how he is in a bad spot instead of happy go lucky (even if fandom seems to not share my opinions on this at all). But ughh, idk.
phoenix_tears89 , I need you to keep me from losing the last shreds of more faith in the show!
In slightly less uppity news, for those who haven't heard, the man who brought us all the talking mice and maybe tiny bit formulaic things is no longer with us. Not that I've read a Redwall novel in ages, but still. It's depressing to realize a key portion of my childhood isn't around in the world anymore.
Yeah, that's all. Just saying I'm alive and asking how the world is out and about. ALSO ALSO IT IS WARM OUT.
