Ok so the long story short is....Happiness is over-rated and we should just eat lots of chocolate?

Alternatively everyone could just skip the happiness factor and attempt to emulate my total perfection. *le shrug*

I never said happiness is overrated, just that an awful lot of people are going about things the wrong way in order to attain it.

Chocolate is overrated. ;P Love should be approached with caution. If you're not happy with yourself first, even dating Johnny Depp isn't going to make you.

That's almost Ayn Rand-ish.
But the thing is, even though your happiness depends on no-one but yourself, other people can sure make things harder (or sometimes easier) for you. I suppose you've just got to learn to enjoy challenges.
