An area of showers will quickly move across the area by sunrise...and will result in light rainfall totals up to one tenth of an inch. Strong northwesterly winds will accompany and follow the precipitation. Winds will increase to sustained speeds between 30 and 45 mph...with gusts reaching 60 mph. Expect deceased visibility due to blowing dust.
