not to be a flock of seagulls, but I totally ran! I did it!!! week one, workout one. completed. by me. I know six minutes of running over 20 minutes is probably nothing to a lot of you, but to me it's a big deal and I'm really proud! I might stick to the week one workout for 2 weeks depending on if it gets easier for me or not, but either way
