For Naomi scientize, I think the most obvious thing for him to spot is her cancer and how weak and frail she's become because of it. There's also the huge topic of Frankie and his death and then little Frank and THE FUN that is all of that, so if it comes up, we can chat.

For Stephanie not_a_spoiler, uh, I guess since he'd be able to see just who she masquerades as during the nights.

For Valjean stole_bread, we'll need to chat about it if they ever come into contact. XD THERE'S SO MUCH THERE.

And for Teddie beary_bad_puns, ...yeah, IDK HOT STUDS. I guess he'd be able to see that Teddie isn't actually a human.

Lab can tell he's not human. A Heroic Spirit, a Servant transcends both time and space. Actually you can also have Lab pick up that Gil's been dunked in All of The World's Evil (think every sin that mankind ever committed ever since the dawn of civilization) and came out UNTOUCHED because he's so GAR and his existence is so damn strong. A douche once you talk to him, but this is a guy who knows what he wants and will stop at nothing once he sets his eyes on something, so... An extremely powerful presence. Soul Coloring: I don't know. D's very soft-spoken and a pacifist, but he's also killed perhaps thousands upon thousands of vampires for over 5000+ years. He doesn't kill every vampire he sees,however, just those that have ill-intentions towards others. Oh, and he's a dhampir, so. Yeah. Soul is damaged, I guess... he harbors a deep hatred for his parents, his father especially, because the man basically banged 1313 women, the last woman finally bearing D (as vampires and humans mating in his canon breed freak fetuses and such, fun stuff). All Dracula wanted to do was use him,so D said brb and left to get strong enough to kick his ass. Enough on that.
