Does everyone now have to buy the 'all-in' version of the Wacken ticket? Is this just a lot of add-on nonsense that inflates the ticket price by 25%?

Can anyone tell me whether there is a (gore)grind gig tomorrow night in Cambridge? If so, is it at The Portland? Their website says otherwise.
I saw a flyer that had a Grindethic promoted gig happening in this town.

I am trying to export an alphabetical list of words and their abbreviations from Excel to Word. This is fairly straight-forward but I do not know how to remove the Excel table outlay. Does anyone know how, if at all, this is done?
