With this new information, can people please, finally shut up with the whole "Bush Lied" crap and actually come back to reality? (Probably not, but worth a try, eh

Oh My God! A House Republican supporter of Bush talking with a sympathetic, right-leaning interviewer about information that is purely speculative, at best. Yes, that proves everything. ;)
I have written before about our "Made to Order" media and this just proves the point. People can find what they want to find, read what they want to read, and never have to be confronted with cold, hard facts. For example, if I am one of these nuts who believes the moon landing never happened I could seek out, via the internet, nothing but "news stories" that "prove" my belief. But does that make is so? No.
I wouldn't call the Saddam tapes "purely speculative, at best." Instead, they reiterate what has been said numerous times, mainly that Saddam had WMD, or at the very least was attempting to further his WMD program. Is this a smoking gun? Until the full tapes are released that question can't be answered. However, it further supports Bush's reasons for going into Iraq.
As for the "Made to Order" media, anyone in this day and age can find opinions which coincide with theirs. However, there is a distinction between real news (with actual facts) and what the MSM presents as news. (See: Cheney story, Danish cartoon non-story, administration "scandals")
