[Hilda bounces out the door as always, looking over the spread excitedly. She herself made some cupcakes--of course dad would be doing the grilling, but she was a girl after all, and if she didn't make something for the Fourth of July that would just be weird!
Samurott is following her out, making noises that are obviously incredibly worried. As she puts the cupcakes on the table, Hilda glances over at him and frowns, suddenly looking nervous and worried herself.]
