I've never seen anyone wearing those little things. They're maybe 10" and would provide all of zero poof, one can tell that from looking at them.

I have to disagree. Raw is the shiiiiiiit. It's the only thing that my thick as hell hair didn't need half a dozen bottles for that also lasted and was a vibrant color that wasn't flat. And raw was only in the stores just a little bit that i knew of... because if it's back, I am all over that for my next dye.

I always see "scene" kids wearing these petticoats over their skinny jeans. They look like Hot Topic threw up on them and tossed them into the world. I hate dealing with the stares and scoffs I get from them. At least I look well put together.

You look like you got dressed in the dark by your 4-year old sister who only has one arm. Just buy a short skirt to go over it, for god's sake.

We have similar ones to the HT ones in a store near me [hooray UK for not having HT!], and the girls that I see wear them alone puts me off even bothering.
