Hot Topic Petticoats
I've known for a while that Petticoats are not popular in only the Lolita fashion. It seems in rocker/punker/etc. fashion they are as well but while we use ours in the way they were made for, the other fashions wear theirs outside.
I haven't been into a hot topic in about a year so I haven't had the chance to take a look at the petticoats for stiffness but for those who have: Do they work well as traditional petticoats do? If not, do they work at all? I personally only like a little puff to my skirts and wouldn't mind buying one if it offered less poof than a real petticoat did.
Are there any other American stores that sell petticoats for a reasonable price?
