So, thing is, with one wonderful exception, pretty much every single QaF mpreg I've ever read was - unfortunately - horribly mentally scarring.

The one that I do recommend I'm not quite sure is humorous per se, but it is the best written I've ever seen from this fandom: http://community.livejournal.com/slashfest/172725.html?view=3871157

It's a completed one-shot and the author so far as I know isn't planning on continuing it, so.

warning: If you hate Ethan, this is not for you. The author did a sort of AU thing where Ethan was an old friend who provided a cover, no relationship develops.

If you're not reading violette7's Little Ray of Sunshine, you really should. It's WIP but regularly updated, really charming, and there's some fun hormonal Justin lol. Fyi, it is rather anti-Lindsay.
