I'm looking for a fic, where Justin and Brian have sex the first night and than go their seperate ways. Somehow the bonded and Justin gets really sick because he is apart from Brian. They go to a doctor and they are told that they have to stay close together because of the bond.

Not sure if that is it or not. Seems like I remember another supernatural sort of story where either B and/or J literally kept their heart in a box? But maybe I just have a wild imagination - ha!
