yep, basically that. Sam wants to give Dean his normal life he always wanted. (and he did, I think we know that since season two, even more so than Sam had wanted it when he was a teenager

oh yeah, I can't wait for that change of roles too! And I think we'll get both this season: a lot of suffering from Dean and cocky!Dean as well! ;P and there are so many moments I can't wait to see! like when Dean finds out Sam's alive (I still believe we get the scene from the first episode reversed with Sam breaking in and Dean coming down the stairs ;P), or the scene when Dean get's finally his amulet back (nobody said something about it, but I still believe! ;P) and sooo many more!!

you know what just came to my mind: the season starts with Dean having his family ... with the Impala hidden in a garage and kinda no Sam in his life.... But since it's Supernatural, eventually Dean and Sam will be hunting monsters driving around in the Impala...

that means...

however much Dean wants to have his family and however much he's dragged back into this world...

at some point Dean has got to choose between LisaBen and Sam. And he's going to choose SAM! *squees*

Me too, me too. I'm so excited. I love the idea with the time jump and I see major asskicking between Dean and Sam, just because Sam didn't tell Dean that he was back. *grins like a loon*
