I will admit to wondering what you were thinking that pasted that "I've been f***ed stupid" grin on your face partway through.

I definitely had some interesting thought processes when you showed up with your MDB in tow. I guess I'd missed the memo that he would be with you.

I'm so glad you humored me and participated, though. I needed someone other than me who could definitely counteract some of the energy going into that circle.

I had told J that I would try to stop by since I was suddenly expecting company for the weekend, not realizing that the ritual we had sort of kind of talked about was a go, so I am very sorry for the delay of game but I thank you for the opportunity to share something with MDB that I wouldn't have gotten to otherwise. And I hope you will have a chance to do the meditation for yourself, it was a good one.

And yes, the JBF moment was funny and I tried very hard not to bust out laughing because it's taken me twentysome years to figure out why this happens to me, and now it makes such sense! Duh, right.
