Dude, buck up. your body is just adjusting from the trip. I always get sick when I travel. Now settle down, I am sure San Francisco has a university or 2 there. Call around to the dental schools at these schools and I am sure you will find a student clinic. The same goes for medical. Secondly will you be attending burning man. Thirdley stop with the pessimisim. You are in one of the coolest cities on the planet. So buckle down, get on line look up jobs. Take the first flexible job you find to get the stench of work on you. Continue to look for better gainful employment. Now get to it. I expect your next comunique to be a bit more cheerful.

I know there are free medical centers in Philly, I used them when I was a temp worker and had no insurance coverage. I'm sure there's got to be something similar in the Bay Area.
