Found out one awesome deal slipped through my fingers again. This was an awesome place too, but looks like the bank didn't update the MLS to let everyone else know they accepted a contract. Bummer.

Nothing is more depressing than finding an awesome condo, then realizing that, thanks to rising prices, taxes, etc. you can't afford it, because then you'd have $13 a month to save after expenses.
I think that could get me a T-shirt if it was on sale.
