Breakfast: 4 oz organic blueberry yogurt (yo-baby). 1 large banana. Water. 
Lunch: 1 large hard boiled egg, whole. 1 red apple. Water. 
Dinner: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomatoes. 4 of Utz's organic whole wheat pretzels. Water. 
Snack: 1 red apple. 5 organic ww pretzels. Water.
