short vacation, fic rant, LOST spoiler!

Am now back from the weekend in Batangas with my relatives. We stayed in my aunt's house in Punta Fuego in Nasugbu. Gorgeous house. As in wow. On the off-chance that I become as well-off as she is, I want my house to be like hers (except for the layout of the rooms and such). It's all wood and glass and open air with a huge balcony facing the ocean

Hmm. Do you know where I can get the scanlations, then? ^^; I've never read Hana Yori Dango, you see, and all I know comes from Meteor Garden, back when I still liked watching it...before it went all shoujo on me. Ehehe. @_@;

Maybe the reason why there are usually angsty Rui/Tsukushi fics because they didn't really end up together in the series? Hmm...but I think that's an interesting challenge, since it would be hard to make a happy Rui/Tsukushi fic that still fits with canon....*thinks* Okay. I'll write that fic for you then. ^______^

LOST: I lost track of the series. @_@; I only watch now for the Jin/Sun episodes...*is a shameless fangirl* ^^;

btw, have you ever watched the series "Supernatural"? The one with Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles? I watched the first episode on AXN last week, and I think it will soon become my new addiction. ^^;

Meteor Garden I follows the manga pretty well. MGII deviated from the manga because MG caught up with the manga series and they didn't know what was going to happen afterwards.

They didn't actually, which is my main rant regarding the series :p It starts out that Tsukushi loves Rui but Rui loves Shizuka. Rui chases Shizuka to France but realizes he doesn't fit into her new world. Rui comes back, realizes what's been in front of him all along and falls in love with Tsukushi. i know!!! ^-^ rui's the one who is always there for her. understands her. the episodes in new york were the most heartbreaking ones for me because of rui being all martyr-like *sob* so i take it that you're a rui/tsukushi shipper as well? ^-^
